Earth Resources Corporation (ERC)
Position Overview
ERC is seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to join our team. As a laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks on heavy civil construction sites, supporting our crews in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient projects. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks, including shoveling, raking, carrying, lifting, and demolition.
- Assist operators and skilled trades on asphalt, paving, excavation, and utility projects.
- Set up and clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision.
- Work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- Prior construction or laborer experience is preferred but not required – training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
Schedule
- Full-time position (40–50 hours per week).
- Standard schedule: 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, 8-hour shift on Friday.
- Home daily; per diem provided for out-of-town projects.
- Overtime opportunities available.
Pay & Benefits

Starting pay range: $19.00 - $21 per hour (based on experience)

Overtime pay and $500 signing bonus eligibility
